Built for Webull traders

The Trading Journal Built for Webull Traders

Import Webull trade history once and get setup expectancy, R-multiple, and AI reviews on every trade. Stocks, options, ETFs, and crypto — all in one journal.

Stocks · Options · ETFs · Crypto. PDT rule tracking for sub-$25K accounts.

Webull's in-app history is mobile-first, not analytical.

Webull's app is great for executing trades but its history view is built for "what was my P&L last week" — not "is my morning gap setup actually profitable across 50 trades?" There's no setup tagging, no R-multiple, no per-strategy expectancy, no AI review.

For sub-$25K traders specifically, the Pattern Day Trader (PDT) rule looms over every decision. Webull warns you when you're approaching it but doesn't track WHICH 4 day trades you've burned this week or help you plan around the limit.

Active day traders need analytics, not just a transaction log.

Webull import + the analytical layer.

Drop your trade history CSV. Get expectancy, R-multiple, and AI review.

Webull trade history import

Export trade history as CSV from Webull desktop or web. The Webull adapter handles the format and routes trades to your linked account.

R-multiple per trade

Auto-computed R using share count for stocks, ×100 multiplier for options. Per-setup R distributions surface which strategies actually work and which you keep doing out of habit.

Multi-leg options grouping

Webull's options trades grouped into single positions where order grouping is exposed. Iron condors and verticals track as positions, not loose option fills.

PDT rule tracking

For sub-$25K accounts, the journal tracks your day-trade count across the 5-day rolling window. See exactly how many day trades you have left before you'd trigger PDT — before you take the trade.

Forge AI reviews every trade

Claude-powered per-trade reviews catch behavioral patterns — size creep, revenge trades, trades taken outside your defined plan. Cascading daily/weekly/monthly reviews on Elite tier.

Mobile-friendly review

TradersForge's web app works in mobile browsers — review your trades on the go even before the native iOS/Android app ships. Same data Webull users already keep on their phones.

Real-time wash sale tracking

Active scalping the same tickers? Section 1091 wash sale detection runs on every Webull import. Year-to-date deferred losses by ticker, each disallowed loss linked to its replacement. Critical for active day traders who otherwise discover the deferred amount on the broker's 1099-B.

FAQ

How do I export trade history from Webull?
In the Webull desktop platform or web app, go to Account → History (or Statements). Filter by date range and export as CSV. The mobile app doesn't expose the full export — you'll need to use desktop or web for journaling exports.
Does TradersForge support Webull options trades?
Yes — Webull options fills import with full details (strike, expiry, quantity, premium). Multi-leg orders submitted in Webull get grouped into single positions in TradersForge for proper per-strategy analytics.
How does the PDT rule tracking work?
For US margin accounts under $25K, the Pattern Day Trader rule limits you to 3 day trades in any rolling 5-business-day window. TradersForge counts your day trades automatically as trades import, shows your remaining day-trade budget on the dashboard, and warns when you're close to the limit. Helpful for traders managing multiple Webull accounts under the cap.
Can I track Webull crypto trades?
Yes — Webull's crypto fills import alongside stocks and options. Per-symbol P&L works for crypto the same as for equities. R-multiple uses dollar-share math (no contract multiplier).
Does TradersForge work with both Webull margin and cash accounts?
Yes — link each Webull account separately. PDT tracking applies only to margin accounts under $25K (per the SEC rule). Cash accounts skip the PDT logic.
Will my Webull trades sync automatically?
Webull's public API for trade-history sync is limited. The supported workflow is CSV export — usually weekly is enough for active day traders. Live API integration is on the roadmap as Webull's API matures.
Does TradersForge track wash sales on Webull trades?
Yes. As Webull trade history imports, equity and option closing losses with replacement purchases within 30 calendar days get flagged automatically per IRC Section 1091. Active day traders who scalp the same tickers repeatedly often have substantial deferred losses building up — TradersForge surfaces those in real time on the analytics page instead of waiting for the year-end 1099-B.
How much does it cost?
Free tier covers 30 trades/month, CSV import only. Pro $10/mo (unlimited trades, unlimited NinjaTrader/Tradovate live sync, SnapTrade for 25+ brokers — 3 connections, AI trade reviews), Elite $20/mo (unlimited SnapTrade, AI cascade reviews). 14-day free trial on any paid tier.
